Foodbank vouchers
Woking Foodbank uses a voucher referral system
Anyone needing to use the foodbank must have a foodbank voucher issued for them by a referral agency. See How to get help for advice on getting a voucher.
Each voucher can be used once to collect an emergency food parcel from one of our four fulfilment centres.
Once a voucher has been issued, our volunteers will be able to find it on our e-referral system using the recipients name and postcode; there is no need to bring a printed or electronic version of the voucher to the centre.
A voucher can be used at any of our fulfilment centres, regardless of which is mentioned on the voucher.
Each voucher remains valid for up to 2 weeks from the date of issue or until it is fulfilled.
Food parcels are intended to last for at least three days. The contents of the parcel depends on who the voucher is for. We provide food parcels for single people, couples and families.
If someone can’t get to a fulfilment centre, their parcel can be collected by a friend, family member or support worker.
