We need your support. Find out how to get involved.
We rely on the support of our local community for food donations, volunteering and finances. Can you help us stop hunger in the Woking area?
Our foodbank works using a voucher referral system. Find out more about how we work.
Visiting the Lighthouse Foodbank by Car?
Cars accessing the High Street and stopping at the Foodbank will need to supply one of our volunteers with their car registration number and the time of their visit. We will then make the necessary arrangements to ensure they do not receive a penalty notice for accessing the High Street in their vehicle.
Urgent - Warehouse Full
“Our Foodbank has seen an amazing and unprecedented volume of donations during the last few weeks. Following harvest gifts, the Brookwood Campaign, our annual Tesco collection and The Foodbank Challenge, our warehouse will need to close its doors until next year.
If you have already arranged a collection with us, please do still bring that in to us. If you are planning a collection, please don’t forget us but consider delaying until the spring when we are likely to have shortages again. Another alternative would be to donate supermarket gift vouchers, we can then purchase bread and some fresh items as required.”
